  1. In case of any dispute(s), Saga reserves the right to a final decision on the interpretation of these terms & conditions.
  2. Saga reserves the right to amend the terms & conditions, price(s) of the product, end the offer(s)/promotion(s), or call back any or all of its offer(s)/promotion(s) without prior notice.
  3. The transaction must be initiated and completed by the user within the Saga store(s)/online orders/phone orders.
  4. Saga shall not be liable for expired coupons if not used as per the company policies.
  5. Saga shall not be responsible for any claims arising out of any failure(s) which is beyond the reasonable control of Saga. Without limiting the generality of the already mentioned, Saga shall not be responsible for any claims arising out of technical failure(s) before, during, or after the completion of any campaign(s)/ promotion(s) including but not limited to failure(s) in the mobile connectivity, delay in sending or receiving the SMS for participating in/ utilizing the campaign(s)/ promotion(s), delay in any activity, action initiated or auctioned through your mobile phones, failure of servers, or failure arising out of any technical snags.
  6. Please note that some of the food may/ may not be suitable for certain person(s). One must check the dish or read its description (if provided) prior to placing any order. Saga shall not be liable in the event food ordered by you does not meet your dietary or any other requirements and restrictions.
  7. Any person shall not use the food purchased from the Saga store(s), online/ phone food ordering services for resale purposes.
  8. Cancellations: Once an order is placed and accepted by the Restaurant, it shall not be eligible for cancellation.
  9. No two offers can be clubbed together.
  10. Taxes extra as applicable.
