Chef Sidharth Sharma is a Hotel Management and Tourism graduate with over two decades of experience. He is a recipient of the Bronze Medal in Taj Culinary Olympics and has worked with leading hotels with TAJ group fo hotel. His journey includes experience from The Taj Palace, New Delhi, The Taj President, Mumbai and The Taj Mahal, Mumbai, to name a few.
This wide range of experience of working with leading hotels and on an international platform has made him familiar with the highest standards of quality and production thus helping to curate an exceptional experience for you.
Chef Kush Koli

Shaped up by a diverse Culinary experience, Chef Kush Koli spearheads SAGA under the guidance of Chef Atul Kochhar. Chef Kush started his journey with The Oberois as an OCLD Management Trainee and worked his way up to become a Junior Sous Chef.
Taking on his family legacy of Culinary curators, Chef Kush further explored his skills and was always very ambitious to elevate Indian Cuisine to the global stage. In his decade-long experience, he has worked in a diverse culture of hospitality on the likes of the Indian Parliament, Ramada, Punjabi by Nature and Skyview by Empyreon.
Amrit Grewal

A seasoned Marketing professional with a passion for the FnB Industry,
shaped by an experience of over 14 years in launching and marketing
restaurants, bars and cafes. Amrit can demonstrate high skills in brand
development, marketing and CRM and thereafter the ability to drive high-
value products through marketing tools with an keen eye on the ROI.
Amrit now heads the vertical of Marketing, exploring and establishing tools
and plans for brand awareness, brand building and customer care management
for all brands.

With over 20+ years of work experience in a range of not for profit, retail and public relations roles, Deepali has been working in the music and artist management industry for the past 5 years and is the Programming Head for Moonshine Food Ventures.
Deepali’s works across the music business to deliver a dynamic portfolio of live events and music experiences. She loves to travel, has a passion for music and culture, and enjoys the beauty and makeup artistry.
Tapashree
Manager, Learning & Development
After passing out from IHM Guwahati, Tapashree found out her niche in Training and Learning, realising that’s how she can keep learning herself and at the same time help others in developing their skills.
Taspshree started her journey with IndiaCan Education as a Hospitality and Retail Trainer, a State Govt sponsored Skill Development organization doing various projects for the youth of the state. Massive Restaurants Pvt Ltd was my 2nd project, where she headed the Training vertical for all the restaurants in North India, it started with the Corporate Training graph. At MFLV Tapshree now heads training and skill development for all brands under Moonshine Food Ventures. Her strength is to make training content that is easy to impart, replicate and leaves a long term motivations impact on the employees.
